California Terrace

California Terrace Homes were build in the 90s. The majority of the homes are 2 stories, but there are a few single-story homes in the development. The lot sizes are on the smaller side ranging from 4,000 to almost 9,000 sqft. Home sizes start at 1,273 for the single-story to 1,675 for the 3 bedroom 3 bath. Lots are on the smaller size and range from 3,500 to 6,745 square feet. 

Lots of families call California Terrace homes. California Terrace does have a small HOA fee and features a private park. Halloween is popular in the neighborhood.
